Ziyanda N. is a seasoned IT Support and Systems Technician with extensive experience in network configuration, firewall administration, end-user support, and backend system maintenance. She has honed her skills at DM Africa Holdings, where she currently excels as an IT Support Technician. In this role, she provides comprehensive technical support across hardware, software, and network systems, manages PBX systems for call center operations, and configures FortiGate firewalls for enhanced security.
