Hamza F. recently completed an internship in the Human Resource Department at Khaqan Cargo, a growing cargo and logistics company in Pakistan. During this six-week experience, Hamza was intimately involved in key HR operations, including attendance management and payroll documentation. Leveraging the opportunity provided by Khaqan Cargo, he honed his skills in handling employee coordination and understanding resignation policies. The internship also equipped him with practical knowledge of EOBI, SESSI, and TIS systems as well as improved his proficiency in using MS Excel for maintaining employee records. As part of his responsibilities, Hamza coordinated effectively with both office staff and logistics personnel, contributing to the company's operational dynamics. His time at Khaqan Cargo has enhanced his professional acumen in the HR sector within the logistics industry, preparing him for future endeavors. Hamza is a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate from the National University of Modern Languages, Karachi.
