Online.jobs safety centre
Online.Jobs is committed to helping jobseekers and employers connect safely.
We use automated checks, manual moderation, and reports from our community to identify suspicious accounts, misleading job posts, scams, and other violations. These measures reduce risk, but no online marketplace can identify every fraudulent user or opportunity. Always verify an employer independently before sharing sensitive information or accepting an offer.
Online.Jobs may review:
Some job posts are reviewed before they are published. Others may be reviewed after publication based on risk signals, platform monitoring, or user reports.
Our moderators may approve, reject, hide, remove, or return a job post for additional review. We may also restrict or suspend an account where we reasonably believe it presents a safety risk or violates our Terms of Service.
An identity-verification indicator or other account status is not an endorsement, a comprehensive background check, or a guarantee that an employer or opportunity is legitimate.
Employers and job posts on Online.Jobs must not:
Telegram and WhatsApp may be used as additional communication channels, but an employer should be willing to communicate through Online.Jobs or another verifiable company channel. Treat requests to move immediately and exclusively to a private messenger as a warning sign.
If you cannot access the report form, are not signed in, or believe the issue is urgent, email [email protected].

Reports submitted through Online.Jobs enter the moderation queue. Our team may review the job post, employer account, related activity, previous reports, and any evidence provided.
