I run short-form video pages for a US audience (home and cleaning content). The videos are fully AI-generated. I write the prompts — you turn them into finished videos.
I'm looking for one or two people to join long-term.
WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY IS
You will create 3 videos per day in Google Flow, following my prompts and my system exactly.
To be clear: this is NOT an editing job. I am not looking for someone to cut footage I hand them. I am looking for someone who creates the videos the same way I do — generating in Flow, judging whether an output is good enough, re-generating when it isn't, and assembling the final video with light editing in CapCut.
I will teach you my entire system, my rules and my workflow personally, one on one. You will not need to invent anything. You will need to follow the system precisely — which is exactly why discipline matters to me more than creativity in this role.
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
Real hands-on experience creating VIDEOS with AI. Not "I use ChatGPT." I mean you have actually generated video with tools like Google Flow / Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, Seedance or similar — and you have work you can show me.
Basic CapCut skills. Light editing only: trimming, joining clips, simple captions.
Strong written and spoken English.
Minimum 6 hours a day.
Discipline. This is the single most important requirement. My system has many small fixed rules and every one of them exists for a reason. I need someone who follows them exactly, on every video, without drifting or improvising — and who delivers 3 videos a day consistently, not 5 one day and 1 the next.
Real motivation to improve. I would rather work with someone who wants to grow into this than someone who just wants a task list.
Stable internet and a computer that can handle video work.
WHAT I PROVIDE
I pay for every subscription and every tool you will use. You will not spend a single peso on anything. Your only job is to create videos.
Access to the accounts you need to work.
All the prompts. You do not have to come up with ideas.
Full one-on-one training on my workflow.
PAY
$200 to $250 per month, depending on your level.
Bonuses for videos that go viral.
Salary increases over time as you improve. I am building a team for the long run, not for one project.
