J&B Quality Painters is a growing residential painting company in Edmonton, Canada. We do interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing and popcorn ceiling removal. We generate a steady flow of leads from homeowners who want work done. We need a fast, sharp setter who calls them right away, finds out what they need, and books qualified estimate appointments.

Turn every lead into a booked, qualified estimate appointment, as fast as possible.
What Good Looks Like
1. Speed to lead
- Every new lead gets an automated text the moment it comes in.
- You call every lead within 5 minutes during working hours, for both inbound and outbound leads.
- Good looks like: 90% or more of leads called within 5 minutes.
2. Qualify every lead
- Find out exactly what the homeowner wants done (rooms, exterior, cabinets, ceilings) and their timeline.
- Confirm the project is worth $1,000 or more.
- Confirm the address is in our Edmonton-area service zone and that the decision-maker will be there for the estimate.
- Good looks like: every appointment you book is a real, qualified project.
3. Book and confirm the appointment
- Book the estimate in our calendar (GoHighLevel).
- Confirm it with the homeowner the day before so they show up.
- Follow up with leads who didn't book, and with past leads, using our outbound scripts.
- Good looks like: a high show rate, with appointments that turn into signed jobs.
Pay
- Base: $500 USD per month, paid biweekly ($250 every second Friday).
- Speed bonus: $50 per month when you call 90% or more of leads within 5 minutes.
- Appointment bonus: $20 for every qualified appointment you book that actually happens (the estimate is completed with the homeowner).
- Job bonus: an extra $25 when that appointment becomes a signed job.
- Bonuses count only for appointments you personally book. They're paid monthly.
- No bonus for appointments under $1,000, no-shows, or leads with false information.
Top performers earn $1,200-1,500+ USD/month. There's no cap on bonuses.
Schedule
We're hiring 2 setters on split shifts so every lead from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Mountain Time gets a call within 5 minutes. Tell us which shift you want when you apply.
- Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am-1:00 pm Mountain Time (about 10:00 pm-4:00 am Philippine time). 30 hours a week.
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00-7:00 pm Mountain Time (about 4:00-10:00 am Philippine time). 30 hours a week.
Growth
This role starts part-time. Setters who consistently hit their numbers can grow into more hours, more lead sources, and a senior setter role.
You're a Fit If You:
- Speak clear, confident, natural English on the phone.
- Have experience in appointment setting, inside sales or calling for a home services company (roofing, HVAC, solar, painting, renovation).
- Are comfortable calling strangers fast and asking direct questions.
- Track your own numbers and like being paid for results.
- Have experience with GoHighLevel. (A plus, not required.)
