- Follow Up Boss experience required
- ISA and lead-nurturing experience
- Appointment setting and text/email follow-up
- California ZipForms experience is a plus
- Social media scheduling and management for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X
- Management of our business profiles, local community group and San Marcos Insider
- Uploading and managing videos on our YouTube channel
- Entering and following up with open-house leads
- Updating closed-sale information across Follow Up Boss, Google and Essential Agent
- Listing coordination support
- Property Promoter platform management
- Google Docs management and training
