SEZ Aviation & Defense Group is a US-based aviation company. We provide skilled aviation maintenance staffing, AOG (Aircraft On Ground) rapid-response travel teams, aircraft parts, and repair coordination to MRO repair stations, airlines, OEMs, and defense contractors across the United States.
Our services sell themselves once we're in the room. The problem is getting in the room.
That's your job. You will call, email, and message aviation maintenance companies, start a real conversation, find out where they are short-staffed, and book a meeting on our calendar. We handle everything after that — the pitch, the pricing, the negotiation, and the contract. You never have to quote a price or close a deal.
If you are good at this, you will make very good money here. There is no cap on the show-up bonus.
