We are seeking an articulate, proactive, full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) – Dealer Acquisition & Onboarding to join our team in a Remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calling and messaging prospective retail and trade dealers, pitching our partnership opportunities, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound cold/warm phone calls and follow-ups to prospective dealers.
- Present commercial benefits and successfully sign up new accounts.
- Guide partners step-by-step through the onboarding and document verification process.
- Log call notes and maintain pipeline updates in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
