Accountant – Construction and Property Management
Labois Construction & Associés is seeking a meticulous and autonomous accountant to oversee the financial tracking of our various operations: our construction company, our rental property portfolio, and our property management business.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing and validating month-end procedures;
Reviewing work and entries completed by the accounting technician;
Performing reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of accounting data;
Supervising accounts payable and accounts receivable;
Tracking revenue and expenses by company and by property;
Preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports;
Identifying discrepancies or errors and implementing necessary corrections;
Collaborating with management to ensure reliable, structured, and up-to-date accounting records.
