We're Eyr Holistic, a fast-growing nine-figure Nordic ecommerce group in natural wellness and beauty, and we are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team in a Remote capacity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape legendary brands and drive impactful campaigns in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Write direct response UGC-style scripts that drive high conversion rates for performance video ads on Meta.
- Analyze performance data and leverage insights to optimize future scripts and creative strategies.
- Collaborate with our Creator Team and Editors to ensure a seamless ad creation process from concept to execution.
- Own the creative quality and ad performance, strategically testing new angles and innovative ideas to enhance engagement.
- Meet clear weekly output targets while thriving in a high-velocity environment.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience writing performance video ads specifically for Meta.
- A proven track record of scaling 8–9 figure DTC brands using UGC-style creatives.
- Strong understanding of how to analyze Meta performance data to inform creative decisions.
- Experience in rapid iteration and testing, with a focus on data-informed strategies.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with editors, providing clear feedback to bring your vision to life.
