About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with dispatch experience who can provide calm, compassionate support to people going through difficult moments with their pets.
This role requires someone with a light demeanor, strong empathy, and emotional intelligence. Many of the people you will speak with are in sensitive situations, so the ability to communicate gently, patiently, and respectfully is essential.
You will help guide customers through the process, answer questions, coordinate services, and ensure everything is handled smoothly and with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a calm and compassionate manner
- Gather necessary information and accurately enter details into our system
- Coordinate and dispatch services efficiently
- Provide updates and follow-ups when needed
- Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a supportive and reassuring tone during all interactions
- Ensure each case is handled with care, accuracy, and attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous dispatch or coordination experience required
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Naturally empathetic personality with a calm, gentle demeanor
- Ability to remain composed during emotional conversations
- Strong listening skills and patience
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and online tools
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (remote role)
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
