Location: Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Bolivia, Honduras, Uruguay, Guatemala, Haiti
What You'll Do
- Search, attract, and onboard local payment agents across Latin America.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and agents.
- Conduct daily communication and negotiations, primarily through text-based channels.
- Analyze partner performance, transaction volumes, conversion rates, and success metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop scalable payment solutions tailored to local markets.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to enhance service offerings.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in B2C Sales and Cold Outreach/Outbound Sales.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with LATAM markets.
- Fluent in Spanish with the ability to analyze business performance and partner efficiency.
- A self-driven, proactive, and highly independent approach to work.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Fintech, Crypto, Payments, or iGaming.
- Knowledge of PSPs and Alternative Payment Methods.
- Experience attracting and managing payment agents.
- Understanding of P2P, local wallets, and cash-in/cash-out solutions.
