Care Specialist — Virtual Assistant

About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, organized, and highly responsive Virtual Assistant to join our Care Team.
You’ll help support women interested in becoming egg donors or surrogates and make sure they feel informed and cared for throughout the process.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with candidates through text, phone, and email
- Answer questions and follow up on next steps
- Keep candidate information and statuses updated
- Schedule calls and help collect missing information
- Keep accurate notes and stay organized
- Flag important issues for the team
- Help with general administrative tasks

- Comfortable learning new technology
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable working 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time
- Comfortable with occasional flexibility outside regular hours
Important Note About Responsiveness
Candidate care can sometimes be time-sensitive. While your normal schedule will be Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, there may occasionally be an important candidate or business need that requires a response outside regular hours or over the weekend.
We do not expect you to work 24/7, but we are looking for someone who is comfortable with reasonable flexibility when something important comes up.
