E-Commerce - Remote
We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce professional to join our team on a Remote basis. In this project-based role, you will manage incoming orders across our Etsy stores, ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process and delivering exceptional customer support.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee incoming orders across multiple Etsy stores.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, adhering to established fulfillment timelines.
- Handle customer communications, responding to inquiries and resolving order-related issues promptly.
- Provide professional support throughout the customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline order fulfillment processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in e-commerce order management, preferably with Etsy or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of the order fulfillment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and software for order tracking and customer communication.
