We are looking for a proactive and talented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our growing online fashion business.
Your main responsibilities will include customer service, creating and managing Shopify product listings, product research, and creating or improving product images using AI tools.
This is not a role where you simply follow instructions. We are looking for someone who can think independently, identify problems and suggest improvements.
Main responsibilities:
- Handle customer service professionally and efficiently
- Create and optimize Shopify product listings
- Manage product information, variants and images
- Create and edit product images using AI tools
- Assist with product research
- Identify errors and opportunities for improvement
- Help solve customer and operational problems
- Support daily e-commerce operations

During the interview, we will discuss your previous e-commerce experience, customer service experience, Shopify knowledge and experience working with AI tools.
