Email Deliverability Specialist - Remote
We are seeking an Email Deliverability Specialist for a Remote position to build and manage our cold email sending infrastructure from the ground up. This part-time role involves domain setup, authentication processes, and ongoing deliverability monitoring across multiple client domains.
What You'll Do
- Build and configure cold email sending infrastructure, including domain setup and mailbox warmup.
- Implement and manage DKIM, SPF, and DMARC authentication protocols to ensure email deliverability.
- Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics across various client domains to identify and resolve issues.
- Diagnose and address problems related to burned domains to maintain high deliverability rates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their email needs and provide expert recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize tools such as Google Workspace, Smartlead, or Instantly to optimize email campaigns.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in email deliverability, particularly in building and managing cold email infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and experience with email automation tools like Smartlead or Instantly.
- Familiarity with email authentication protocols, including DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to email deliverability and burned domains.
- Excellent analytical skills to monitor and report on email performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
