Etsy Order Assistant – ChatGPT + Canva (Part-Time) - Remote
Are you detail-oriented and tech-savvy? We are looking for a Part-Time Etsy Order Assistant to help fulfill digital file orders for our Etsy shop. This is a Remote position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.
What You'll Do
- Process each digital file order by pasting the order details into ChatGPT using a provided prompt.
- Transfer the generated response into a Canva template and download the final file.
- Upload the completed file to the customer's Etsy order within a strict 24-hour timeframe.
- Follow detailed instructions precisely to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Potentially assist in responding to Etsy customer messages in the future.
What You Bring
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Experience using ChatGPT and Canva for content creation and design.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines consistently.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
