We're seeking an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated, full-time support to our CEO in a fully Remote capacity. Short-term goals (First 30 days)
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and communications efficiently
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics seamlessly
- Handle email management, follow-ups, and inbox organization
- Familiarize yourself with existing systems and processes (Notion and other tools)
- Take ownership of recurring operational tasks
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address them
Long-term impact (First Year)
- Establish a reliable support framework that enhances the CEO's productivity
- Maintain and improve systems that streamline operations
- Foster a trustworthy relationship built on reliability and professionalism
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving operational processes

During the 30–90 day trial period:
