Organize and manage files within Google Drive to ensure easy access and collaboration.
Create visually appealing content using Canva for marketing materials and social media.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline business processes.
Identify challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Learn and navigate TikTok platforms for affiliate marketing opportunities.
Utilize hubs for managing send-outs and promotional campaigns effectively.
Maintain high standards of grammar and communication for all customer service interactions.
Facilitate clear and professional communication with retailers and partners.
Support backend operations by executing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
