Faceless YouTube Video Editor Needed – Sports / Youth Football Channel

I'm launching a YouTube channel focused on helping parents understand youth athletic development, football development, speed training, and the path toward college football.

I'm looking for a long-term video editor who can take my original narration and transform it into engaging, professional faceless YouTube videos.

I will provide the raw recordings/narration and direction for the content. You will be responsible for turning that material into the finished visual presentation.

For the first project, I have approximately 5–7 minutes of raw narration recorded across several clips. The raw video footage of me is NOT intended to appear in the final video. My voice should be used as the narration while the visual portion is built around the subject being discussed.

What I need from the editor

The finished video should include:

• Clean editing of my original narration
• Removal/reduction of unnecessary pauses, restarts, and dead space while keeping my voice natural
• Relevant football, youth sports, track, training, and athletic B-roll
• Professional text and motion graphics
• On-screen emphasis of important statements
• Photos and other visual storytelling elements when provided
• Clean transitions
• Appropriate background music and sound design
• Properly licensed/royalty-free visual and audio assets
• Graphics for research/studies when discussed
• Strong pacing designed to maintain YouTube viewer retention
• Professional audio levels
• 1080p minimum final export

The channel will have a credible, educational, sports-documentary feel rather than an overly flashy TikTok-style presentation.

Short-form content

I would also like the editor to identify strong moments from the long-form video that can potentially be repurposed into vertical content for:

YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Reels.

Please tell me whether short-form edits are included in your proposed price or priced separately.

Important

This first video will be a paid test project.

If the quality is strong and we work well together, I'm looking for someone who could potentially become my regular editor as the channel grows.

I expect to produce content consistently, so reliability, communication, and the ability to maintain a consistent visual style are important.
