Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Mortgage Protection Lead Calling & Appointment Setting (Remote)
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Virtual Assistant for Mortgage Protection Lead Calling & Appointment Setting in a Remote capacity. In this role, you will engage with existing mortgage protection leads to follow up with homeowners and effectively schedule appointments.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to existing mortgage protection leads using Trellis to follow up and schedule appointments.
- Handle objections professionally, ensuring a positive experience for homeowners.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM to track interactions and lead status.
- Consistently follow up with leads to help convert them into scheduled appointments.
- Submit daily reports detailing dials, answered calls, appointments booked, and follow-ups completed.
- Maintain consistent productivity and communication with the team.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in lead calling or a similar role, preferably in the mortgage or insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections and engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for tracking and managing leads.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results and meeting targets.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Trellus or similar lead management tools.
- Previous experience in appointment setting or sales roles.
- Go high-Level experience (preferred but not required)
