About the Role:

We are expanding across Australia and seeking an ambitious, multi-talented professional from the Philippines who wants to start as a High-Ticket Closer and rapidly transition into our full-time Operations Manager as we scale [1.1].
Your Phase 1 Responsibilities (The Start):
- Dial highly qualified, inbound B2B trade leads (Concreters, Solar Firms, Builders) who manually requested our pricing packages within the last 48 hours [1.1]. NO COLD CALLING. [1.1]
- Help manage client setup files, coordinate our Trello tracking pipelines, and ensure smooth data delivery [1.1].
- Walk contractors through our value stack and drop our Stripe payment links to secure deals [1.1, 1.2].
Your Phase 2 Responsibilities (The Growth):
- Once we hit our client targets, you will step up to recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team of junior technical VAs and appointment setters beneath you [1.1].
- You will take over complete day-to-day operational control of the agency, reporting directly to the Founder [1.1].
The Compensation:
- Competitive hourly base rate of $6 - $10 AUD per hour (depending on experience) [1.1].
