- Begin building the master event timeline, ensuring all logistics are accounted for.
- Establish communication channels with suppliers, including AV, catering, and staffing.
- Create attendee WhatsApp groups and manage pre-event communications.
- Attend weekly meetings to report progress and update the project tracker in Notion.
Long-term impact (First Year)
- Successfully manage logistics for three major events, including a flagship 500-person event in London.
- Develop strong relationships with speakers, partners, and suppliers, enhancing networking opportunities.
- Contribute to post-event activities, including collecting testimonials and conducting team debriefs.
