Technical Systems & Automation Specialist - Remote
We are seeking a Technical Systems & Automation Specialist to join our team in a Remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, highly organized, and passionate about making technology work effectively across our diverse businesses in professional services, automotive, digital publishing, and online education.
What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automations using Zapier and similar tools.
- Develop and manage Airtable databases, workflows, and integrations.
- Oversee technical implementation within Kajabi, including products, forms, email systems, automations, and integrations.
- Connect platforms using APIs, webhooks, and native integrations.
- Implement and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other measurement/tracking systems.
- Document automations, integrations, and technical processes for clarity and future maintenance.
What You Bring
- Proven experience with Kajabi, Airtable, Zapier, and Notion.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration logic.
- Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues.
- Ability to communicate technical subjects clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning and skill development.
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation/integration technologies like Make, n8n, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AI and AI-assisted automation tools.
