Artxsci is seeking a Lead Designer & Team Manager for a Remote position. In this role, you will be pivotal in establishing our brand as a central hub for Filipino service providers across web design, branding, e-commerce, and SEO. We are looking for a motivated individual who can recruit top talent, promote our services effectively, and manage projects with precision.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and onboard talented designers and service providers to build a strong team.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including Google AdWords, to promote our services in relevant groups.
- Oversee project management to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to create compelling branding and web design solutions.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize outreach and engagement.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
