Real Life Junk Solutions LLC is seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our junk removal and property cleanout services in the Seattle/King County, Washington area.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify targeted leads, including property management companies, real estate agents, and other businesses that may require junk removal services.
- Determine and verify contact information for decision-makers within these organizations.
- Organize and maintain lead data using Google Sheets or our lead tracking system.
- Send outreach messages to prospective customers and follow up according to an established schedule.
- Track responses and interactions with leads to optimize outreach efforts.
- Assist with basic online marketing and business research as needed.
What You Bring
- Experience with B2B lead generation or prospecting.
- Strong online research skills and the ability to identify key decision-makers.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
