We are a boutique marketing agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to support several client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Create captions using AI tools and review them for accuracy and brand voice
- Create simple Canva graphics and short-form videos
- Send personalized outreach and follow-up messages
- Track prospects, responses, and follow-ups
- Build and schedule email campaigns in Kit or similar platforms
- Make basic WordPress and Elementor updates
- Upload and format blogs
- Organize client content and marketing assets
- Direct AI tools such as Viktor and carefully review the completed work
Qualifications
- Strong written English
- Experience with social media management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Canva
- Familiarity with WordPress and email marketing platforms
- Comfortable using and supervising AI tools
- CapCut, Elementor, Kit, Kajabi, and LinkedIn outreach experience are a plus
This is a remote position for approximately 20 hours per week, paid at an agreed monthly flat rate.
