We are seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant / Patient Coordinator to join our team in a Remote capacity. What You'll Do
- Manage patient calls and texts, providing timely and accurate information.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain organized records of patient interactions and appointments.
- Collaborate with the MedSpa team to ensure a high level of service and patient satisfaction.
- Address patient concerns and questions with professionalism and empathy.

- Excellent spoken English with a clear and easy-to-understand accent.
- Strong customer service skills and a confident sales mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
