We are seeking a Mid to Senior Recruitment & Candidate Placement Specialist to join our team as a full-time Remote contractor. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our offshore talent pool and Australian employers, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring high-quality placements.
What You'll Do
- Develop and craft compelling job scopes in collaboration with channel partners to attract top talent.
- Pre-qualify candidates for complex visa sponsorship requirements, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify candidate strengths and align them with employer needs.
- Manage relationships with both candidates and employers, providing ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in recruitment and candidate placement, preferably with a focus on the Australian market.
- Strong understanding of visa sponsorship processes and requirements for international candidates.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously after an initial training period of 2–3 months.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process.
- A passion for identifying and nurturing candidate potential to ensure successful placements.
