Family Ayurveda is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented editor to add background music to approximately 25–30 completed educational course videos. The videos have already been fully edited; this role is focused specifically on selecting, placing, and balancing music to create a polished and cohesive viewing experience.
We will begin with a paid trial project, with the potential for additional work if it’s a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Add appropriate background music to completed course videos.
- Balance music levels carefully so the narration remains clear and easy to understand.
- Create smooth music transitions, including professional fade-ins and fade-outs.
- Maintain a consistent musical style and volume across the full course.
- Use approved or royalty-free music suitable for an educational wellness brand.
- Export polished final videos according to our specifications.
- Incorporate feedback and make adjustments when needed.
What You Bring
- Experience using CapCut Desktop.
- Strong understanding of music placement, volume balancing, and audio transitions.
- A careful ear for ensuring music supports rather than distracts from narration.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Reliable communication and the ability to follow creative direction.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with educational, wellness, yoga, or meditation content.
- A good sense of music that feels warm, calming, engaging, and professional.
- Familiarity with royalty-free music licensing.
