The Role: Own organic content end-to-end. Deep, proven expertise in at least one platform (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook) matters more than shallow claims across all of them. You turn attention into audience, and audience into pipeline.
What you'll do:
- Build platform-specific content strategy and calendar; publish consistently.
- Create and optimize posts with tested hooks, captions, and CTAs; repurpose long-form into platform-native short-form at volume.
- Research audiences, competitors, keywords, and trends.
- Use approved AI tools and automation for scheduling/reporting — never bots or fake engagement.
- Report weekly on reach, engagement, retention, website traffic, and leads.
You have: proven organic growth with numbers (accounts, timeframe, your role); scheduling/content-pipeline experience; strong copy instincts; fluent English; reliable remote/async work.
Compensation (PROPOSED — pending approval): USD $1,000–$3,000/month, negotiable, grows with results. Full-time, remote worldwide.
