What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth research on vacant land parcels, including county data and zoning regulations.
- Analyze and compile comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine land value.
- Create clean, one-page reports summarizing findings for easy reference.
- Maintain organized records of research findings and updates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in research or a related field, preferably in real estate.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Proficiency in using online research tools and databases.
