About the Role We are looking for a highly organized, stress-resistant Part-Time Virtual Assistant to manually manage the daily shift schedules and rosters for our internal team of delivery riders. This is a fast-paced, hands-on operational role. You will not be doing general HR, contract management, or setting up AI automations. Your sole focus is solving the daily logistical puzzle of ensuring all shifts are perfectly covered.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage weekly shift rosters for internal delivery riders.
- Actively solve ad-hoc scheduling gaps (e.g., last-minute sick calls, no-shows, or emergencies) by finding immediate replacements.
- Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate timekeeping records/DTRs in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Communicate clearly and quickly with the rider team regarding shift assignments and urgent changes.
Strict Requirements
- Business Entity (Mandatory): You must have a locally registered business entity (e.g., Sole Proprietorship, registered freelancer) in your country. We do not have a local entity, so we require a formal Business-to-Business (B2B) contract and the ability to receive valid B2B invoices.
- Fixed Working Hours: You must be consistently available to work exactly from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.
- Experience: Proven experience in manual staff scheduling, dispatching, or workforce management (BPO, logistics, or field operations preferred). General "Executive Assistant" calendar management for managers is not a fit for this role.
- Skills: High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, fast problem-solving abilities, and strong English communication skills.
Compensation
- $4.00 - $6.00 USD per hour, depending on experience.
