We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Virtual Assistant for our custom apparel Shopify store. This Remote position is ideal for someone with a strong background in e-commerce who can manage orders, inventory, and social media content effectively.
What You'll Do
- Handle daily order processing and inventory management for our Shopify store.
- Create engaging content for Instagram and Facebook using Canva.
- Assist with light email correspondence to ensure smooth communication with customers.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify.
- Strong proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with Canva for designing social media graphics.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
