Personal Injury Case Manager / Paralegal - Remote
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Case Manager / Paralegal to join our team in a Remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, with experience in managing cases from start to finish while ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Gather, review, and summarize medical records to support personal injury claims.
- Draft pleadings and demands to facilitate case progression.
- Manage client communication to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Handle subrogated claims and coordinate with insurance companies as needed.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a paralegal or case manager in personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures related to personal injury cases.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and legal professionals.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting.
