What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to client needs.
- Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and according to regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate findings to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new pest control technologies.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a pest control operator or in a related field.
- Knowledge of pest control methods, pesticides, and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid pest control license or certification (where required).
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
