The Podcast Guest Relations & Sponsorship Development Assistant position is a Remote full-time role focused on enhancing our podcast's guest experience and sponsorship opportunities. You will play a crucial role in identifying and managing relationships with potential guests and sponsors, ensuring alignment with our mission and audience.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify compelling podcast guests whose experiences align with our mission and audience.
- Prepare thoughtful, personalized guest invitations and manage all guest communications, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Maintain an organized database of prospective, contacted, and scheduled guests while proactively resolving any scheduling or communication issues.
- Research and identify businesses and organizations for potential sponsorship that align with our podcast's audience and values.
- Prepare personalized sponsorship inquiries and proposals, and maintain an organized sponsorship pipeline.
- Communicate regularly with the podcast host and operations team, providing concise weekly progress reports.
