The Role
We're looking for a Content Project Manager to own our client work from start to finish. You'll be the main link between our clients and our editors, making sure every deliverable is on time, on brief, and high quality.
What You'll Do
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for our podcast clients
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple clients
- Brief and coordinate editors, designers, and other team members
- Review content before it goes to clients to make sure it meets our standards
- Send clients regular updates and progress reports
- Handle client feedback and revisions calmly and quickly
- Spot delays or problems early and fix them before clients notice
- Improve our workflows and processes as we grow
What Success Looks Like
- Every client gets a clear weekly update
- Deliverables go out on time with minimal revisions
- Editors always know what's expected and when
- Clients feel heard and stay with us long term
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years managing client projects in a content, media, podcast, video, or marketing agency
- Experience managing editors or freelancers
- Excellent written and spoken English (you'll be communicating with US clients)
- Strong organisation and follow-through
- Comfort with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion
- Confident handling client feedback and tricky conversations
Nice to Have
- Podcast or video production experience
- Familiarity with VC, startup, or business content
- Experience working with US-based clients
