Are you detail-oriented and skilled in manual research? We are seeking a Real Estate Public Records Researcher – Manual Research to join our team remotely. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing leads directly from original public records, ensuring that we identify fresh opportunities quickly.
What You'll Do
- Conduct manual research on County Clerk, Court, Recorder, and Code Enforcement records.
- Identify and document code violations and code enforcement cases.
- Research and analyze divorce filings involving property owners to uncover potential leads.
- Investigate probate cases and inherited properties for new opportunities.
- Ensure all findings are reported accurately and in a timely manner, ideally within 5 days of filing.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in manual public records research.
- Familiarity with various government sources such as County Clerk, Court, and Recorder offices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple research tasks effectively.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results promptly.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field.
- Knowledge of local government processes and documentation.
