We are looking for a reliable Real Estate Wholesaling Virtual Assistant – Cold Caller & Lead Generation to join our team in a Remote capacity. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in generating and qualifying motivated seller leads for our wholesaling business.
What You'll Do
- Conduct cold calls to property owners using our established script.
- Qualify potential sellers by gathering essential property information.
- Update and maintain our CRM with accurate lead details and follow-up notes.
- Schedule appointments for further discussions with qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure engagement.
- Learn and utilize XLeads for effective lead generation and skip tracing.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in real estate wholesaling, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow scripts effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
