- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and preferences for each role.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate feedback.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator.
