The Role
As a Remote LinkedIn Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to actively search for candidates, particularly software engineers, on LinkedIn. You will be tasked with sending out 50-100 outreach messages daily, targeting potential candidates to join our dynamic team. Engaging with candidates is crucial, so you will also manage conversations and respond promptly to inquiries. In addition to outreach, you will assist in scheduling interviews and tracking applicants through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and our hiring team. This role is designed for someone who is consistently reliable and can work autonomously, making it ideal for those looking for a part-time opportunity with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.
About You
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with LinkedIn outreach or recruiting, as this will greatly enhance your effectiveness in the role.
