We are seeking an experienced Remote Marketing Director to support a U.S.-based executive and oversee the company's marketing performance, partners, and priorities. The ideal candidate is a confident, data-driven leader who understands both paid and organic marketing and can effectively negotiate while turning campaign data into decisions that drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead marketing strategy across PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, organic social media, email, SEO, and lead nurturing.
- Oversee marketing teams, agencies, vendors, media partners, and channel partners to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Analyze key metrics, including CPL, CPA, CPM, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI, to inform strategic decisions.
- Recommend campaign, budget, and strategy adjustments based on performance insights and market trends.
- Identify and negotiate with advertising, media, and channel partners to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with sales to enhance lead generation and conversion through effective campaigns and sales materials.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role with a strong track record of success.
- Deep knowledge of paid advertising, organic marketing, lead generation, and performance metrics.
- Experience overseeing marketing teams, agencies, vendors, or channel partners, demonstrating effective leadership.
- Confidence in negotiating pricing, contracts, deliverables, and performance expectations with partners.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working directly with sales teams and executives.
- Excellent English communication, organization, leadership, and follow-through abilities.
