Remote Sales Rep / Cold Caller (Commercial Cleaning)
We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Rep / Cold Caller to join our commercial cleaning company based in Albuquerque, NM. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for making cold calls to potential clients, including offices, medical facilities, and property managers, to book free walk-throughs and follow up on leads.
What You'll Do
- Make cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our commercial cleaning services.
- Schedule and book free walk-throughs for potential clients to assess their cleaning needs.
- Send follow-up emails to nurture leads and maintain communication with prospects.
- Track and report on results from calls and follow-ups to measure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on clear spoken English.
- Ability to work during US Mountain Time hours to align with client availability.
- Strong organizational skills to manage calls, schedules, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets.
