BPO & Valuation Support: Pull and analyze MLS comps (Active, Pending, Sold), extract neighborhood data, format photo grids, and enter accurate valuation data into servicer portals.
Portal Management: Log in, update, and maintain asset records in portals such as VRM (Vendor Resource Management), Equator, RES.NET, and local MLS platforms, ensuring rules and field values remain fully synchronized across all systems.
REO Operations & Asset Tracking: Assist with initial occupancy checks, eviction tracking, utility transfer setups, re-key coordination, and maintenance/repair bid logs.
Vendor & Expense Coordination: Track contractor bids, upload receipts/invoices for reimbursement, and ensure property preservation reports are uploaded on schedule.
Listing & Transaction Support: Draft listing agreements, input property details into MLS, coordinate sign placements, and assist with document preparation through closing.
Proven REO/BPO Experience: Minimum 1–2 years supporting U.S. real estate brokers, asset managers, or mortgage servicers with REO properties and BPO processing.
Portal Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating VRM, Equator, RES.NET, or similar asset management platforms.
MLS & Market Research: Fluent in pulling targeted comps, adjusting for square footage/condition, and generating Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs).
Attention to Detail: Deep understanding of servicer compliance rules (e.g., standardizing data entries across portals so statuses match across the board).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office (Excel/Sheets), MLS navigation, and real estate CRMs.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills for vendor and asset manager correspondence.
