About the Opportunity
Quick Towing is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our growing team of Roadside Assistance Agents and Dispatchers.
No previous work experience? No problem. We're willing to train you!

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers requesting towing and roadside assistance services.
- Identify customer needs, provide accurate service information, and offer competitive quotes.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed service bookings.
- Coordinate with towing companies and roadside assistance providers to dispatch jobs.
- Communicate with customers and service providers to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer information, job details, and service records.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Meet individual and team performance expectations.
- Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
Previous work experience is not required. We welcome first-time job seekers and applicants looking to start a career in a new industry.

Work-From-Home Requirements

- Willingness to remain on Zoom with their camera on throughout their assigned shift.
- Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking and activity monitoring, including screenshots.
