- Previous roadside assistance experience is REQUIRED. Applicants without roadside assistance experience will not be considered.
- Excellent English comprehension and communication skills.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection.

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
