Senior Freight Broker / Sales Representative
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Established Book of Business Required

Location: United States
About TSI
TSI is a growing logistics company providing freight transportation, brokerage, and warehousing solutions throughout the United States.
We are looking for experienced, proven freight brokers and logistics sales professionals who already manage an active book of business and are ready to bring those customer relationships to a company that provides the support, resources, and compensation needed to grow.
This is not an entry-level freight broker position. We are specifically seeking established brokers with a verifiable track record of generating freight revenue and maintaining strong shipper relationships.
Unlike traditional commission-only freight agent opportunities, TSI offers qualified candidates a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, providing income stability while rewarding you for the business you bring in and grow.
What You'll Do
- Bring and Grow Your Book of Business: Transition and manage your existing customer relationships while expanding freight volume and revenue.
- Generate New Business: Leverage your established network and industry experience to develop additional shipper accounts.
- Own Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers and build long-term, profitable partnerships.
- Drive Revenue & Margin: Negotiate competitive customer rates while maintaining healthy margins and maximizing profitability.
- Manage Freight: Coordinate with carriers and operations to ensure shipments are covered, tracked, and delivered successfully.
- Retain & Expand Accounts: Identify opportunities to increase lanes, shipment volume, and services within existing accounts.
- Maintain Visibility: Maintain clear visibility into customer rates, carrier costs, margins, shipment status, and account performance.
- Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor freight rates, capacity, market conditions, and industry trends to provide customers with competitive solutions.
