Senior Meta / Facebook Ads Buyer
Launch Titans is hiring an experienced Meta / Facebook Ads Buyer with 6+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns.
We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, direct-response advertising, creative testing, and how to manage campaigns based on real business results.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta/Facebook ad campaigns
- Manage multiple client accounts and advertising budgets
- Optimize campaigns based on CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining performance targets
- Test creatives, hooks, audiences, offers, and campaign structures
- Identify performance issues and create clear plans to improve results
- Work with designers, video editors, and copywriters to develop new ad concepts
- Review campaign performance daily and make independent optimization decisions
- Provide clear reporting and updates on performance, tests, and next steps
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional Meta / Facebook Ads experience
- Strong experience managing and scaling real advertising budgets
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Strong direct-response marketing background
- Experience with ecommerce, DTC, lead generation, or similar performance campaigns
- Strong understanding of creative testing and ad performance analysis
- Comfortable working with CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPC, CPM, and CVR
- Ability to independently diagnose and solve campaign performance issues
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Experience managing multiple accounts at the same time
Experience with Shopify, Triple Whale, GA4, Meta Pixel, CAPI, landing pages, and attribution platforms is a plus.
