Senior Business Development Manager, Sales & Marketing to join our dynamic team in a Remote capacity. This full-time position is ideal for a driven individual with a strong business mindset and exceptional project management skills. If you are highly self-motivated and passionate about driving results, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
The role
You own revenue growth end to end: finding the opportunity, building the pitch, closing the deal, and running the marketing that fills the top of the funnel. This is a builder's seat, not a maintainer's. You'll be the first person in the room on new partnerships and the person who makes the deck, writes the sequence, and ships the landing page that supports them.
We're looking for someone who moves without being told what to do next.
What you'll own
- Build and manage the outbound pipeline — sourcing, prospecting, discovery, negotiation, close
- Develop new revenue channels: partnerships, resellers, affiliates, key accounts
- Run marketing execution alongside sales — email sequences, campaign calendars, landing pages, sales collateral
- Design and produce your own sales assets: decks, one-pagers, proposals, product sheets
- Own the CRM as a system of record: pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, forecast accuracy
- Manage cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery — timelines, owners, dependencies, status
- Report weekly on pipeline value, conversion by stage, CAC, and channel performance
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
- Utilize design thinking principles to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A business-minded approach with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with design principles and methodologies.
